STOP and THINK brings mental health to the forefront. You as an artist or participant simply take a photo of something red, such as a stop sign, a painting, a drawing, a video still, or mixed media, no bigger than A4 mounted or framed and post to:

or simply email an image to upandcomingartsmusic@gmail.com

If you are a musician or DJ you can send Soundcloud, Spotify, or YouTube links to upandcomingartsmusic@gmail.com to have your music played during the exhibition and an event toward the end of October 2024 in Liverpool City centre UK.

There are NO admin or entry fees.
